Welcome to the 4th World Congress of the Primitive Methodism

Under the Caribbean sky, in the vibrant and welcoming city of Barranquilla, Colombia, we are preparing for a Kairos moment. From May 15th to 17th, 2026, the Methodist family from various nations will gather for a historic encounter that transcends geographical borders to focus on our spiritual identity.

This congress stems from a profound reflection on the destiny of our denomination. It is more than just a leadership meeting; it is a vital space for discussion to chart the course toward an integrated, solid, and cohesive global movement. We are called by the need to understand what it means, under God's design, to be a global church that—while maintaining its essence—is capable of supporting itself, integrating, and advancing as one body in Christ.

Barranquilla, known as Colombia’s "Golden Gate," opens its doors to be the stage for this transformation. Here, amidst the warmth of our people and the passion of our local congregation, we will seek the principles and pathways that allow us to ensure that Yeshua remains our Head. It will be a time of fraternal integration, the sharing of visions, and the strengthening of the bonds that unite us as a confederation.

We are ready to welcome you home! Join us to dream, plan, and build together the Primitive Methodist Church of the future.
